Description
This hike begins with a trip up the river. After an initial swim 45 minutes from the start, we make our way through small bamboo forests and across fords. We then leave the river to begin a steady, hour-long climb through a miconia forest. Right in the middle of the jungle, we visit an 80 m x 50 m water-lily lake. Finally, after a last half-hour’s walk, we come upon a magnificent natural cirque with four magnificent waterfalls!
